Class: Total Body Workout Advanced

Functional approach with step and hand weights. Targetting balance and CORE Stabilization, this session has a traditional structure that will enable people to more efficiently train their aerobic condition and focus better on the muscular workout. As an alternative, PNF exercises are also mixed in between the different sequences that compose the class.
